Our Buddies project is for young people aged 12-18 and runs on Saturdays throughout the year and also days during the Easter, Summer, Christmas and Half Term holidays. We organise outings for young people to enjoy leisure activities of their own choosing in the community.

How did the family carer feel the young person benefitted from Buddies?

‘[she] very much enjoyed being outdoors with her peers, away from her parents – doing and eating things she would not normally do with the family’
