At Merton Mencap, we want to know whether our work makes a difference to the lives of local people.
We regularly evaluate the impact of our services and activities with the people who use them. Their feedback helps us know whether we’re doing a good job.
We also ask local people affected by learning disability and/or autism what support we should provide in the future. We listen to these views when we write our Business Plan.
This means that our charity is led by the views and wishes of the people who need us.
