Come to this informative session to find out about brain health and dementia. Merton Memory Hub is for Merton residents who have been diagnosed with dementia, and their families, friends and carers. It holds activities within a specially designed, dementia-friendly building, has a cafe and a large sensory garden.

It is run by the Alzheimer’s Society in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust, the Adult Social Care department, other health services, and voluntary and community organisations.
