Support for carers, free membership
Merton Family Carers Partnership (MFCP) is a local forum for carers of adults with a learning disability or autism in Merton.
Formerly ‘Adults First’, MFCP provides resources, events, workshops and socials so carers feel less isolated, more informed and updated on local services and activities for them and the person they care for.
MFCP is run by a steering group of carers who also attend local meetings with decision-makers (eg with Merton council, NHS) to make sure the voice of carers is heard in the design and delivery of local services.

Joining is free and easy.
Simply contact our Coordinator (details below) who will take a few details and you’re a member! You’ll start to receive information about activities and services in various ways, e.g. email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
If you ever decide to leave the forum, just let our Coordinator know.
